What counts as a valid lead?
A valid lead includes verified contact information, a specific service request, and clear details about the homeowner's project needs, including location and timing.
What if the phone number is wrong?
Flag it within 48 hours. Invalid contact information qualifies for a lead credit, applied to your next billing cycle.
What if I get a duplicate lead?
If you receive the same homeowner for the same project within 30 days, that is a duplicate. Flag it within 48 hours for a credit.
Can I pause my account?
Yes. You can pause lead delivery at any time. While paused, you will not receive leads or be charged. Your territory remains locked while your account is in good standing.
How many contractors receive the same lead?
One. That is the whole point. Every lead is exclusive to the contractor who owns that territory.
Is there a contract or monthly fee?
No contract. No monthly fee. Pay per lead only. Cancel at any time with no penalty.
