ClearCutLeads Contractor Agreement
Valid Lead Definition: A valid lead includes verified contact information, a specific service request, and clear details about the homeowner's project needs, including location and timing.
Lead Credit Policy: You may request a credit within 48 hours of receiving a lead if: (a) contact information is invalid, (b) the lead is a duplicate within 30 days, (c) the location is outside your defined service area, or (d) the request is not for your defined trade.
Auto-Billing Authorization: You authorize ClearCutLeads to charge your payment method on file for each valid lead delivered to your account, at the rate agreed upon during onboarding. No charge is made until a lead is delivered.
Territorial Exclusivity: ClearCutLeads agrees to work with only one contractor per trade per defined service area. Your territory will not be offered to a competing contractor in the same trade while your account is active and in good standing.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Cancellation releases your territorial exclusivity. Credits for valid disputes are applied within one billing cycle.
Your card is saved securely via Stripe. You will NOT be charged until a lead is delivered.
